Thick-walled drill pipes (TBT) are designed to create an axial load on the rock-breaking tool and transfer the torque from the rotor when drilling complex horizontal wells. Pipes are made of alloy steels with heat treatment along the entire length.

TBT execution type

• K – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings;
• CS – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with spiral grooves;
• CT – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with carbide belts;
• KST – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with spiral grooves, with carbide belts;
• P – with a flat shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings;
• PS – with a flat shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with spiral grooves;
• PT – with a flat shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with carbide belts;
• PST – with a flat shoulder under the elevator, without central thickenings, with spiral grooves, with carbide belts;
• K1 – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, with one central thickening;
• KT1 – with a conical shoulder under the elevator, with carbide belts, with one central thickening;
